Anthrax/Flowers In
The Dustbin/Shocks Of Mighty!/Dogshite
Silver Bullet,
London - 9 January 2016
"Oh to be in a punk band"
Well, if you were tossing up between the Subs at the 100 Club or
Anthrax at the Silver Bullet I reckon you'd have done well to end up in
Finsbury Park tonight.
Anthrax's
All For The Cause is
one of those rare albums that I liked so much that I bought copies for
other people. Another live was worth the price of admission on its own.
Other highlights included Shocks of Mighty! who are on fire right now,
and B-side spotting (Dirty
Love by Motorhead) in the DJs playlist. Excellent work
all at Punk Rock Youth Club. Oh to be in a punk band... 8/10
Steve White
Another great night at the Silver Bullet in Finsbury Park - presented by Punk Rock Youth Club. Shocks of
Mighty! were absolutely on fire. Again. Anthrax made the floor shake.
Flowers? Well Flowers in the Dustbin were
one of my favourite bands so. All this, and over £500.00 raised for the
Sophie Lancaster Foundation as well. Shame I had to duck out prior to
the Tighten Up sound system though. 9/10
