Super Cat Girl Nuku Nuku

Endearingly flawed piece of fluff, targeted squarley at the family audience, though even your average small child may ask "Mummy, why does that person speak without moving their lips?". Yes, the martial arts movie dub is alive and well! The high concept on view is silly: this is a battle between an inventor father and a industrial power goddess mother for the custody of their son, with the titular android created by the former causing general chaos.

It is about as silly as it sounds, and although the dubbing is initially distracting, nice animation and a daft sense of humour mean that the English voices eventually cease to be a problem. While not what you would call memorable - no-one's life will be changed by these ninety minutes - it's certainly fun.
